Direct Default, LLC, an Connecticut limited liability company (“DD”, “we” or “us”) is an established and respected general-practice law firm serving individual and corporate clients throughout the state of Connecticut for over 50 years. This Privacy Statement constitutes a binding agreement between DD and each end user or customer (“you” or “your”) regarding your use of all DD domains, services and applications (“DD sites or services”). This Privacy Statement applies to all DD sites and services and details important information regarding the use and disclosure of information collected by DD. By using or accessing DD sites or services, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Statement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Statement, do not use DD sites or services.

2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

DD does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and does not target its websites to children under 13.

DD strives to keep your personal information accurately recorded. To view and change the personal information that you directly provided to DD contact the DD location that you work with directly.

5. KEEPING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE

DD takes the trust you place in us seriously. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of the information, DD utilizes generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Identifiable Information submitted to DD. No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, therefore we cannot guarantee your Personal Identifying Information’s absolute security.
